As the cost of living increases, food security is a constant stress for the more vulnerable members of our community. Pensioners, single parents, and low income earners in their 20's who cannot afford 3 meals a day are on the rise. For just ¥800 per month you can help reduce that stress. A hot and healthy bento not only fills a hungry tummy, it gives people a boost to tackle the challenges of life.

Every Sunday, Grama-Seva Japan Volunteers distribute 75 bentos from a meetup spot outside of Yoyogi Park. Donations from sponsors and local foodbanks, such as clothing, toiletries, canned and long-life food, are also distributed to the local community. On average 80 to 100 people experiencing food insecurity come, but the need is greater. Our goal is to provide more bentos in the near future.

生活費の高騰により、地域の中でも特に弱い立場にある人々にとって、食の安定は常に大きなストレスとなっています。年金生活者、ひとり親世帯、そして1日3食を確保できない20代の低所得層の人々は増え続けています。
月わずか800円のご支援で、その不安やストレスを軽減することができます。温かく栄養のあるお弁当は、空腹を満たすだけでなく、人生のさまざまな困難に立ち向かうための前向きな力にもなります。

毎週日曜日、グラマ・セヴァ・ジャパンのボランティアは、代々木公園近くの集合場所で75食のお弁当を配布しています。スポンサーや地域のフードバンクから寄付された衣類、日用品、缶詰や長期保存食品なども、地域の方々にお渡ししています。
平均して80〜100名の食の不安を抱える方々が訪れていますが、支援の必要性はそれ以上に高まっています。私たちは、近い将来さらに多くのお弁当を提供できるよう取り組んでいます。
